Repainting

Julie's been on vacation with her mom in Virginia the last couple days.  While she was gone, I was tasked with repainting the island in the kitchen.

Glucosamine

I went to the doctor recently just to get a physical and to ask about a shoulder issue I've been having.  Apparently the doctor thinks I have frozen shoulder and suggested I try NSAIDs and glucosamine to try and loosen it up.  Seems like it could be working so far.  I will say that any medicine or supplement that puts "Great Tasting" on the bottle is lying.

Lace 'em Up

I bought some new basketball shoes from Zappos.  Unfortunately I didn't realize they offer no ankle support, I just assumed they did since they're basketball shoes.  Guess I'm going to live with my old shoes for a little while longer...
